The thickness of the absorption foam is 1.5 mm, and the material is thick open texture wooden pulp board. The mode of printing is litho printing and therefore the print doesn’t ever wash off; additionally the lamination on the surface protects the print.

There are different print options – the printed beer mat can be single faced which means that only one side is printed and the other side is white. A double faced printed beer mat has the same image on both sides, while the multi faced printed beer mat has different images on the sides. No matter what option you choose, the price is the same. If you want your printed beer mats to have different spot colors on each side of the mat, the cost will increase by 50%. The stock single color and double color beer mats have the same color being used on each side of the mat.

Depending on your taste and requirement, we offer different shapes and sizes of printed beer mats. The most common shape is the standard square beer mat, each side of which measures 94 mm. Since round edges are more aesthetic, we provide 10 mm rounded corners at each vertex. The standard round printed beer mat looks more elegant on the table when placed with glassware. This design has a diameter of 94 mm. The cost of the printed beer mats also includes the die-cutting cost.
If you don’t want the standard shapes, you have the option of designing your own printed beer mats. Custom designs have a one-off forme cost of £75 owing to the individual stencil design and die cutting process. The more complex the shape is, the more expensive forme it requires. The custom shape can be built out of a stock design of 94 mm square, and the price is directly proportional to the complexity of the design.
