Why do we price everything into one final unit cost?
1 Simple reason: Because it makes it far far easier to understand!
The process of ordering promotional products can be complicated due to all the different variables. What with artwork to approve, print colours and the other details that need to be confirmed.
We do sometimes feel that we miss out on certain orders because our quote does not look as “cheap” as one of our competitors that adds all the separate costs on after the unit cost.
We also most likely miss out on traffic on product comparison sites because we have displayed our “all in” price rather than the single unit cost with no additional costs added.
But we strongly believe that combining all the costs into a final unit price makes the whole process easier for the client to understand.
We often get great feedback from our clients when we quote this way.
We also often get our clients thinking they have a better quote from a competitor.
Hence the reason for this article and it’s link from the product page.
We can’t think of anything worse than quoting a client one price and then agreeing to go ahead with the order, then adding on 2-3 additional costs to the sales order.
We would hate it if we were quoted in that way!
Please be aware that we are happy to look at price matching if we are more expensive on a like for like quote.
But remember! OUR PRICES INCLUDE ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS!When We Quote You Your Prices Will Include Everything (Bar Vat),
