All the prices on our website are displayed as guide prices.  We are a promotional products distributor.  This means that we do not hold stock or print the items ourselves.   We use our expertise in the industry to locate the best prices for the products you are looking for. A lot of our products are bought in from the far east and these products are subject to various different costs.

Additional Costs

Additional print colours (if available) may result in extra charges (POA) Origination charges are priced per colour, per position (Usually around £30-£40 dependent on product) Full colour (process print) is not available on all items and may incur higher origination charges Most products are available in 10-15 Working days – If you require products quicker than this there may be an additional Rush Fee Artwork alterations are charged at £25 per hour – You will be notified of any artwork charges before they are incured. VAT (We charge the stand rate of VAT in the UK)

Freight Costs

These can vary greatly depending on your lead time. Generally we fly most of our products into the country. If you have a longer lead time this can reduce the costs greatly by shipping in a container via sea freight. We are also subject to the volcanic ash cloud that has been in the news over 2010

Exchange Rates

Usually items are purchased in US Dollars from China and other Far Eastern Countries. Both us and our suppliers have to allow for these fluctuations when quoting.

Cost of Raw Materials

A lot of the raw materials that our products are made from also fluctuate in price. The cost of metals rising in price last year affecting the price of Metal Keyrings and Metal Pens The cost of cotton rising this year to effect the price of t-shirts and clothing. Flash drive chips are traded as a commodity and are also subject to these kinds of cost fluctuations.

We do endeavour to update our website on a daily basis – We have invested in web development to enable all our staff members to constantly update the prices on the website.  With over 13,000 items (and growing) its a task that we are constantly working on.Why Do The Prices On Promotional Merchandise Fluctuate?, 5.0 out of 5 based on 1 rating
