Providing correspondents with plain manila folders will certainly get the job done, but providing them with high quality printed folders lets them know that you take yourself and your business seriously. These small details provide an air of legitimacy that goes beyond the details themselves. It's not likely that correspondents will consciously remember the fact that you took the time to replace manila folders with printed folders, but on a subconscious level they will remember the air of professionalism that came with them.
Our printed folders are made using very high quality materials. You have the option of choosing to use 280 gm Gloss Art or 400 Gm Matt Art card as your material. Either one or both sides of the folder may be printed in full color. As standard folder can be requested to fit inserts that are either A4 or A5. In addition, you have the option of designing your own folder with other options can be chosen and priced accordingly.
In addition to printed folders that are printed in full color, we also offer six-tone printing, known as hexachrome, as well as metallic ink, which adds a whole new layer of possibilities. Hexachrome is excellent for specific types of requests, especially those that call for extremely bold greens or oranges. Hexachrome printing allows for extraordinarily high quality images to be produced by combining six colors of ink instead of the standard four colors. This allows for a much wider variety of colors to be produced that the standard printing process, providing you with extremely vivid printed folders.
If your folders will be designed so that colors are printed across the area where it will be folded, we strongly recommend that you choose to have your printed folders laminated. If you do not, it is more likely that the colors will crack and the white will show through.
The folders can be finished with either a glossy or a matt laminate finish. They can also be protected against UV rays that can damage the colors.
Standard orders come with the folders in an unassembled state. It is very easy to assemble the folders, but if you request to have them assembled for you we will do so. Since assembled folders take up quite a bit more room than unassembled folders, we may be required to price the carriage costs by volume rather than weight.
Folders are available in both Gusseted and Ungusseted forms. Ungusseted folders can safely hold ten sheets of 80 gm paper. A 2 mm Gusseted folder can hold about twenty sheets, and a 4 mm Gusseted folder can hold about forty sheets.
It may be more cost effective to use only full color rather than to use spot coloring as well, as this must be set up separately and can make the costs seem disproportionate.
You have the option of requesting slots for business cards that can be either vertical or horizontal. Be sure to let us know if you want the slot to be located on the bottom or side flap.

If you place an order with us, in most cases we can provide a sample free of charge.
We use Google Checkout to authorise a payment on your card for your samples.
We will not charge your card at this time.
If a period of 30 days has passed and you have not placed an order with us we will then charge your card for your samples.
Certain high value items will still be charged for even if an order has been placed
Our products come from the UK, Europe and the Far East and as such all samples are non returnable. This is due to high logistics and shipping charges.
