In today's version of technology for printed popup mailers, our company offers Instant 3Ds™, printed in full colour according to your design. For printed 3D mailers, you can pick either the Popup Square or the Popup Pyramid, either Gloss or Matt laminated.

Here's what you'll get with an order of Instant 3Ds™ printed popup mailers: 250 full-colour single-sided printed sheets that pop into a 3D shape, sealer varnished (not suitable for over-printing).The Square Instant 3D™ printed popup mailers fit into DL (1/3rd A4) envelopes; the Pyramid Instant 3D™ printed popup mailers fit into C5 (A5) envelopes.

Graphics must be carefully designed to fit the surfaces, so that art and text do not run across the diagonal split of the top and bottom faces of the Square, or the bottom face of the Pyramid. It would be best to make use of the Download Template available at the company's website before starting your design -- we also recommend you take a look at the very useful information under Artwork Preparation tab, in the top menu on the website.
