The amount of pressure required to form the image on the bottom sheets with the help of printed duplication sheets depend entirely on the number of sheets in the stack.
For a sufficiently good duplication of the image from the top sheet, a good amount of pressure is needed if the number of sheets is more. The optimum number of sheets for which printed NCR sets give a good output is five. Because a modern printer like a LASER printer doesn’t produce on the sheets of paper, printed duplication sheets cannot be used with them.

Printed NCR sets are available in different colors like blue, pink, green, white, and yellow.
If a good flat writing surface is required, a white card bottom sheet can be supplied along with the printed NCR sets. They are useful as a support for writing and for stacking the sheets with a good alignment. Usually, printed duplication sheets are sold as individual loose sheets, while they can also be converted into pads as per your requirement.

The finishing of a set of printed NCR sets can be specified according to your requirement. A standard single perforation is done to all sections of the set of printed duplication sheets except the bottom sheet, while, as a non-standard option, the bottom sheet can also be duplicated. This method allows secure retaining of all the sheets in the set. It is also important for you to specify which edge of the printed duplication sheets is to be perforated at the time of ordering.

The size and shape of the printed NCR sets can be customized based on your requirement. The maximum size in which printed duplication sheets is available is the A4 size, and it can be cut to any shape you require. The more the complex the shape is, the more will be the cost of the cutting forme required.

Numbering is a standard finishing procedure for our printed NCR sets. With the help of an impact printer, numbers or prefixes are applied to the first sheet of the stack, thus creating an impression on all the other printed duplication sheets. You’ll have to mention where the number is required to be positioned. Padding is important for ease of use of printed duplication sheets. Padding can be in terms of 100 sets or 50 sets of sheets.

The pad is provided with a loose card so that you can decide how many impressions you want. The gluing of the printed NCR sets can be done as per your wish. As per your requirement, holes can also be drilled in printed duplication sheets in any position and diameter (3mm, 3.5mm or 6mm).
