Samples Policy

Most products that are on our website can be supplied as working or dummy samples.

Samples can help with the decision making process and are available at your request. 

We use Google Checkout to authorise a payment on your card for your samples.
We will not charge your card at this time.

If a period of 30 days has passed and you have not placed an order with us we will then charge your card for your samples.

Certain high value items will still be charged for even if an order has been placed

Our products come from the UK, Europe and the Far East and as such all samples are non returnable. This is due to high logistics and shipping charges.

Samples are charged at end column rate +£9.95 Handling and Delivery Per Item. 
Delivery is based on a UK address. Please contact us for samples outside the UK.
