Samples Policy

Most products that are on our website can be supplied as working or dummy samples.

Samples can help with the decision making process and are available at your request. 

Simply add the products to your enquiry using the button as illustrated below.  Once you have chosen all the items you require for a quotation please mention which items you require samples for.

Samples Policy:

1. All samples must be returned within 28 days of the despatch date or a full order placed.
2. Any non returned samples will be charged at cost with a minimum charge of £25 + Delivery +VAT
3. If you do not have an account with us you will need to pay on a pro-forma basis for all samples, you can pay online via credit card or over the phone.
4. If you require multiple samples then there is likely to be multiple delivery costs incurred.
