Printed slapperbands or Printed Slapwraps have spring steel cores which by the force of your action forces the band to form a circle, thus forming a wrist band. The change is not permanent since when you remove it from your wrist, it goes back to its original state; which is as straight as a board. This means you can reuse the band. Steel being durable, it could last for some time.

It has a paper cover which is bonded to it. This is the part which can be printed on. You could either have it printed with one colour, two colours, or full colour. The full colour allows you to have more variety of design and colour options.

The printable area of the band consists of a front side and two back folds. The front will be the portion which is visible to other people.

Two methods are used for full colour printing.

1. The hexachrome printing, also called six colour printing, uses six colours (rather than the four colours used in conventional printing) to form any colour in the rainbow.
2. Metal FX printing allows metallic colours to be printed on the band. You can use a combination of different metallic colours.

The cost of printing will depend on the number of bands you are having printed. If you have higher quantities printed, you might save a lot.

The printed slapperbands were first introduced as admission tickets to places. Such tickets were hassle free since the clients could leave and return without any difficulty about searching for the ticket.

You could use printed slapperbands in many different ways. Getting your members, employees, or other associates printed slapperbands full colour would help you promote your band. All you have to do is to have your company’s, club’s, or organization’s logo, name, motto etc printed on the bands. If you want something else printed, you could have that too. The front of the band will be visible to other folks and hence can generate interest.
